    Is Chrome OS going to have less intellectual property issus that android does

    I have been reading about the licensing fees placed on Android phones by Apple, Microsoft and friends. While reading through the patents that the ITC says HTC infringed on Apples patents and they clearly refer to a device with local storage. So my question is will Chrome OS be IP free?
