It's Out?

About a year ago, I read in the newspaper about Google developing a new OS.
I thought that was interesting, and just yesterday found out that it was released.

Apparently I missed the Pilot Program, but when will the laptops go onsell?

Hardly unfortunately. I hope that release it more like Q3 at this rate. The OS is not ready and I want to see it succeed.

I will be happy if gets here by the end of Q4 2011. I fear that it might stretch out into 2012. I have nothing to back this up with other than a general feeling of foreboding and dread that the worst will happen.

I too want it to succeed and I do not want to see it released before it is ready enough to be successful. I also don't want it to be so late that its lateness puts it too far behind.

This reminds me of the eventual release of the computer game Diablo 3. It has been talked about being "just around the corner -probably by Christmas" for the last 8 years or so...
