Updating Chrome browser in ChromeOS
Well hello! I am new to ChromeOS. Today is my first day and it seems I need a bit of assistance.
I have successfully installed ChromeOS on my HP Mini 210-1010nr as a stand-alone OS.
When getting extensions, I am met with a notice that says:
Heads up! You're currently using an older version of Google Chrome.
Update to the latest version to install items from the Chrome Web Store:
Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar and select About Google Chrome.
Click Update now. If you don't see that, check these tips for updating Chrome.
Google Chrome will update automatically and bring you right back here.
About Chrome in the "wrench" icon doesn't have an update now button available.
I am using the hexxeh Flow build, 11/24/10 I believe.
Any ideas how I can get my browser to update?
Thanks and Cheers
Dan

That is an old build. He says he is working on a newer version. Check out one of the vanilla builds ChromiumOS Vanilla Nightly Builds

Why wait for CR48..? Try
Chrome OS Now.

Is Flow a supported build now that hexxeh is working on Vanilla? If not I will need to try another avenue of Chrome other than Flow.
Thanks for the replies, they help a lot.

correct, flow is no longer supported, at least not at this time, he stopped doing flow to do lime but lime hasn't produced anything either. the vanilla would be way to go for now..
