If you are a tech savvy, then there will be no problems for you as you will be presented with a specific set of instructions for you to be able to carry out the upgrade. But if you are not that confident, you might want to consider getting a professional to do the upgrade for you so as not to result into panic mode (which can cause awfully a lot of stuff that may render your device useless).
micstew, that is not correct. ChromeOS is not (yet) built for touch-screen devices. Hexxeh has been able to hack a version of Chrome to run on an iPad

But unless you are as talented as Hexxeh, or have friends that are - you aren't going to be seeing ChromeOS on any tablet devices for awhile. Google may be releasing a tablet-friendly version of Chrome in the future, but even if they do, it will still get some tweaking to get it onto a previously-Android device.

I wonder between android and chrome which is the better platform for developing apps. I still dont know why google is doing both when you can have one platform and have all of the apps run on it.
Android apps only work on Android devices and Chrome apps work on anything that can run Chrome, so I'd say that maybe you'd have a larger target audience.
