This question could probably have been solved by some more research, but I just cant seem to get at grip of this whole thing, and I would think, that others might be in the same position.

I have installed Chrome OS on a USB-disk, booted it on an old pc flollowing the simpe guide on Download Google Chrome OS and Run it from a USB Drive. First it seemed to work just great; connected to the internet automatically and everything, but then I realised how slow it was. To type letters you had to type one letter at the time, and wait a second between each letter.

To check what was wrong, I booted it on a newer pc, and here it performed perfectly. So i thought that the other pc simply was too old.

BUT the I thought: "Isn't Chrome OS supposed to revive old pc's and make them perfomere just as they were new ones, because it all happens in the clould?"

My idea is that, the problem could be something concerning compatibility and graphics card. And/or that I am using an outdated version of Chrome OS - if so, where can I find the newest one? Or do you know where I could read some about this, to get a better understanding of this operating system and the development of it.

If you have reached this far - you're great!
If you'll will share your knowlage with me and others, you're just awesome!

Thank you
(And sorry for my bad english spelling.)
