GBA emulator for Chromebook?

PGM is a web app in the Web store through which you can download Pokemon roms in .rar form. You can then upload and decompress them in Google docs, then download the .gba file. What then? How do you open it on ChromeOS? I need an emulator that works on my Acer Chromebook.

It's nice to know that you have used my app :PI have done some research and haven't found out if there is a chrome emulator. But if you are using an emulator simply download Visual Boy Advance (VBA) on the PGM app. It will be under the "Base ROMs" page.
